Actress Dame Maggie Smith, best known these days for her role as Professor Minerva McGonagall in the Harry Potter films, has been diagnosed with breast cancer. The Telegraph of London noted she had a tumor removed and has undergone a course of chemotherapy with a prognosis that "looks good."
